Our paper UAV-Assisted Cooperative & Cognitive NOMA: Deployment, Clustering, and Resource Allocation has been accepted for publication in Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking. Education and Early Career Baha Eddine Youcef Belmekki received the B.S. degree in Electronics, and the M.S. degree in Wireless Communications and Networking from University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene, Algiers, Algeria, in 2011 and 2013, respectively. He obtained his Ph.D. degrees in Wireless Communications from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse, France in 2020
